How To INSTALL Geo Layers In AFTER EFFECTS

Step 1: Unzip Files Using Winrar

Firstly, you will download the Official Geo Layers from the website and it will be downloaded in a Compressed folder so that the size can be reduced. You need to uncompress the files and folders inside using the WinRAR tool. And extract all files and folders to your desired location.

Step 2: Install Geo Layers In After Effects

Once you are done extracting the files, Go to the folder and copy the folder containing all files inside it. Make sure to copy the folder, not the individual files.

Once you folder, paste it into the Extensions folder inside the After Effects

Path For Windows:

C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\Extensios

Path for Mac:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CEP/Extensions

Step 3: Enable Scripting & Expressions In After Effects

Now go inside After Effects, navigate to Edit in the top left corner of After Effects, click on Preferences, and select Scripting & Expressions.

Click on the Checkbox of Allow Scripts To Write Files and Access Network and click on OK, to apply the changes.

Step 4: Enable Geo Layers In After Effects

Once you are done, click on Window in the top left Navigation of After Effects and click on Extensions. Now you will see the Geo Layers inside the Extensions.

Once you see it, click on it and enjoy the editing with Geo Layers.

And you are done, Enjoy your editing In After Effects with Geo Layers.
