Whether you want to save funny memes, share important information, or save moments in your work or personal life, knowing how to take screenshots might be a lifesaver. Method 1: Taking a Full Screen Screenshot

1. Press Shift + Command + 3

This keyboard shortcut captures the entire screen and saves it as a file in your desired location. By default, it will save it on your desktop. You'll hear a camera shutter sound when the screenshot is taken.

2. Find your screenshot

The screenshot will be saved as a .png file or it can be any format, Mostly it is a .png file on your desktop with a filename like "YourDesiredName.png."

1. Press Shift + Command + 4
